  • Do I need to refrigerate my products I order from you?
    If any product requires refrigeration, we will note this on the product page and on the product label. While our products in general don't require refrigeration, we do recommend keeping them out of the hot sun (a hot car, in a purse left out in the hot sun) as this may melt the product, such as lip balms and salves. If this happens, place in refrigerator for about 15 minutes for it to harden back up; keep upright as some products can leak if melted.
  • Can I email or call my order in to you?
    Email is not a secure way to send payment information and we are unable to accept payments this way. You can call your order in and we can process this over the phone if you prefer. Reach out to us and we will help you place your order.
  • Is your checkout secure?
    Our checkout process is protected in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts the data you submit to Sunny Brews Apothecary. SSL technology is an industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. All sensitive information you enter during the checkout process (including credit card number, name and address) is encrypted under this protocol while traveling the Internet.
