A Simple Natural Cleaning Spray for Everyday Messes
This formula combines castile soap and white vinegar as the primary cleaning ingredients, along with rubbing alcohol and a fresh essential oil blend of lime, peppermint, and black spruce. The result is a fresh-smelling spray designed for counters, sinks, microwaves, non-wood tables, and other everyday surfaces.
One important distinction: this is a cleaner, not a disinfectant. The rubbing alcohol in this particular formula is included for preservation rather than at a concentration intended for disinfection. For times when sanitizing or disinfecting is necessary, clean the surface first and then follow with an appropriate sanitizing or disinfecting product. The finished spray has an estimated 4–6 month shelf life, and a gentle shake before each use helps keep everything blended.
