Our products are handcrafted in small batches, and we work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please allow time for order processing in addition to the carrier's estimated shipping time. During holidays, sales, and other busy periods, processing may take a little longer.  We will notify of any delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any current free shipping offers or promotions will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect or replace a package sent to an incorrectly entered address.

First, check around your delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and allow a little extra time, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they arrive. If you still can't locate your package, contact the shipping carrier and then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

Oh no! If your Sunny Brews Apothecary order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
